Former heart patient Matthew Cox and three fellow intrepid cyclists are taking on a London to Brighton Bike ride on June 16th !
‘On the first anniversary of my Heart Attack I will be participating in the British Heart Foundation London to Brighton Bike Ride in aid of the Gwent Cardiac Rehabilitation Trust.
Having been through the rehabilitation program and seeing firsthand the tremendous work the team do; I am hoping to raise some funds to help them continue their work in making a difference to those affected by cardiac issues.
My goal is to raise £500 and your support will make a real difference in providing essential resources for the trust. Donating through JustGiving is secure and efficient, ensuring that your contribution directly benefits the charity. I would really appreciate it if you could donate whatever you can to support this meaningful cause!’
You can show your support for Matthew and the three other amazing bike heroes by scanning the QR code (below) or by clicking here for their just giving page.
A Big Thank you to Matthew and the gang and you all for considering supporting our great local cardiac rehab charity!
